Customer Journey

We address the mobility needs of both individuals and crowds to make sure that the customer journey is seamless and enjoyable for visitors and citizens in the area. Within the entertainment area we can have 80.000 visitors, so this needs a smooth and safe operation for a seamless journey.

Together with the municipality of Amsterdam and the National Police we make sure the area is and stays accessible. The Johan Cruijff ArenA has developed a special Mobility Portal, so visitors can plan their best route to and from the ArenA. In this innovative product, multiple data sources are combined so you can plan your trip including parking ticket and even a hotel in one time at one place.
